Cardiac Cath Lab RN, 7a-7:30p, Mon-Fri with 1 weekend requirement per month. On call required Fri@ 7p- Mon @ 7a plus (3) 12H M-Thurs 7p-7a. 11.5H/34.5H MUST have: Must be able and willing to do 1 weekend per month as well as On call requirements. Non negotiable. Do not submit hcp unless able /willing to do. Must have active NYS license at time of submission Must have at least 2 yrs Cath Lab RN experience Must have ACLS and BLS Must be fully vaccinated against Covid and provide proof of vaccination at time of submission. Procedural diagnostic and interventions- Must be able to scrub and circulate in a cath lab Must have IV proficiency, EKG s rhythm interpretation Must have knowledge of LHC diagnostic and PCI procedures as well as RHC, analyze O2 stats, using of POC testing for activated clotting time, cardio mems, IABP, Shockwave, responding confidently in emergency situations Pt Pop: Adult only Ratio: team approach for one patient undergoing procedure EMR: Sunrise Scrub: provided Footwear: Dedicated shoes or shoe covers ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Northwell will try to keep HCP at assigned facility but may be redirected based on Staffing Needs Northwell does not allow use of personal PAPR equipment, if HCP fails fit test and uses PAPR equipment, the HCP will not eligible for assignment In the event of inclement weather HCP is expected to be at work for any and all scheduled shifts. HCP will be able to arrive early and/ or bring the necessary items to stay late after shift if needed. Weather is NOT an acceptable excuse for not reporting as scheduled.
