Gotham Companies is seeking a Human Resources/Compliance Manager to oversee the creation and maintenance of credentialing systems and building of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for various client relationships. These incliude:

  • Vendor Management System (VMS) Driven contracts
  • Private Healthcare Facilities/Practices
  • Large Healthcare Networks
  • City/State/Federal Agencies

The success of our business is heavily reliant upon the speed with which we are able to provide relevant criteria for our Clinical, Non-Clinical and Allied Health Staff. The HR/Compliance Manager will lead a team of coordinators through the processes necessary for green-lighting our candidate population for positions across our client landscape in Metro NYC.  

The Human Resources Compliance Manager will be responsible for analyzing credentialing and compliance criteria by contract and developing the systems required to allow Gotham HR Coordinators to systematically complete requirements seamlessly and deliver results to our clients under deadline. 


  • Strong Human Resources experience- At least 3-5 years
  • Deep understanding of common local and national compliance requirements for healthcare facilities
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Process/Project Management skills
  • Very strong communication, both written & verbal
  • Ability to train staff on processes and procedures
  • Experience with VMS (Vendor Management System)/MSP (Master Service Provider) Software a PLUS
  • Staffing Agency Experience A PLUS
