I m a Med Surg nurse who was seeking per diem shifts. I called and spoke to a recruiter; I was then scheduled for a phone interview. After my interview, I was emailed links for my application, tests and competencies. After I created my employee account, I uploaded all required documents. I must say I it was pretty cool and interesting! It becomes difficult to walk-in to a staffing agency and be there for over 2 hours. Good news is, I completed a paid orientation, I ve been working over 2 months now. Love texting my schedules to my assigned coordinator!

I have been working with Gotham for almost 2.5 years now as an RN and they have been nothing but accommodating, efficient, and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this agency- working with them is with great ease. Unfortunately I don t get to see the employees as much as I would like (communicate mostly virtually)!
OMG this has been an amazing experience! After I enrolled with this agency. I was sent to an ongoing assessment! I love the fact I m getting paid next day, I even get paid when I m sick and can t report to work. My Staffing Coordinators are always a text away! I love the support system they have!
