Job Description

Pay rate ranges from $22.44 to $24.31 based on experience. Provides direct patient care and related support with caring and compassion. Performs other related duties Provides Routine Personal Care To Patients In A Timely, Safe And Effective Manner. Care May Include Bathing, Brushing Teeth, Dressing Patients And Attending To All Of Their Personal Care Needs Prepares Patients For Meals, Feeds And/Or Assists With Feeding As Necessary Empties Bedpans And Collects Urine And Other Specimens Transfers Patients To And From Bed And/Or Chair Via One-Person Transfer, Two-Person Transfer, And Use Of A Hoyer Lift Takes Accurate Vital Signs Temperatures, Blood Pressures, Pulse, And Respiration Records All Necessary Information According To Policy And Procedure Assists Patients In Walking And In Transporting Patients By Means Of Wheel Chair Or Stretcher Performs ROM Using Proper Technique For point of care testing, checks the manufacturer's expiration dates of reagent strips prior to performing quality assurance testing of glucometers.

Experience working in Psychiatry for all shift needed.

Able to read and perform intermediate math and reading computations.
