Xray Tech, open to working one double and possibly two on both Saturdays and Sundays and weekday varied shifts to include 8a-4p,4p-12a and 12a-8a coverage during the week. Weekend hours could vary as well. Will be given monthly schedules ahead of time. Scheduled shifts WILL vary i.e. could be doubles (4p-12a + 12a-8a) Sat and Sun plus one shift during the week; or one double weekend shift + three shifts during the week, etc. Professional MUST be very flexible and able to work EVERY weekend if scheduled. MUST have: Must have NYS license; may apply pending license but license must be received before start date Must have ARRT Must have BLS Must have at least one year of Xray experience Must be fully vaccinated against Covid and provide proof of vaccination at time of submission. Hospital exp and OR exp is preferred CT exp is a plus; hcf is multi-modality duties so if Xray tech is certified in CT, they will help to cross cover in both Xray and CT Pt Pop: majority is adult with occasional peds Ratio: N/A EMR: N/A Scrub: Royal Blue; not provided Footwear: Closed toe; solid material Northwell will try to keep HCP at assigned facility but may be redirected based on Staffing Needs Northwell does not allow use of personal PAPR equipment, if HCP fails fit test and uses PAPR equipment, the HCP will not eligible for assignment In the event of inclement weather HCP is expected to be at work for any and all scheduled shifts. HCP will be able to arrive early and/ or bring the necessary items to stay late after shift if needed. Weather is NOT an acceptable excuse for not reporting as scheduled.
