I m a Med Surg nurse who was seeking per diem shifts. I called and spoke to a recruiter; I was then scheduled for a phone interview. After my interview, I was emailed links for my application, tests and competencies. After I created my employee account, I uploaded all required documents. I must say I it was pretty cool and interesting! It becomes difficult to walk-in to a staffing agency and be there for over 2 hours. Good news is, I completed a paid orientation, I ve been working over 2 months now. Love texting my schedules to my assigned coordinator!
