Job Description
Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists w with any corrective action. Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling

Pay range: (USD)37.48 hrly -(USD)64.46 hrly
Schedule Notes:Request for Assistant DON - candidate must demonstrate two years of recent pediatric experience in addition to other DON requirements
Skills: Seven years of experience is required 5 of which were in a supervisory role
